Due to the fragmented nature of their business, the client was reliant upon a huge number of manual processes and multiple sources of data, finding it difficult to properly scale the business.
APPROACH & SOLUTION
After an exploratory assessment of various aspects of the client’s construction management process, project management procedures, supply chain, and market conditions, Consoul's team of experts identified the opportunity to re-engineer and upgrade the client’s business process with an ERP solution. We came up with a strategy and plan to align the multiple business units providing a digitalized workflow to reduce manual process errors, increase automation and drive cost savings through best practices.
