Headquartered in Dubai, the tours and travel  company was facing challenges in the HR processes as the employee strength increased rapidly. The firm wanted to implement best practices in HR domain to improve employee productivity and satisfaction.

The modules and features needed to accomplish the HR operations in the firm were documented to create the RFPs floated to the shortlisted vendors. We enabled the selection of the best-suited HRMS to automate the processes and supported the definition of Statement of Work as well as the contractual terms during negotiation.
