The client is a private bank with presence all around the country.

 

The L&D department and policies could not meet the dynamic requirements of the organisation, as the number of users and content have been burgeoning. They faced with non-updation of online content instantly, delay in access and more downtime. The continued hitches is seen as a major cause for lower enrolment for courses. The client needed ease of use in LMS and they wanted the user needs to be mapped to the system.

APPROACH & SOLUTION

 

Consoul did a study on the profiles of the employees and pattern of usages to forecast the use concurrency of the system. This involved profile mapping of employees’ educational, regional, positional status and functional skills.

Solution Highlights:

 

  1. Based on the study, the feature list for LMS is prepared and discussed with the client.

  2. Development of LMS based on the agreed upon features

  3. The previous courses and user reports were mapped to the LMS.

  4. Mass user creation of all employees was enabled
