The client is an online counselling and therapy platform that helps people to address their emotional and psychological problems through a psychologist or counsellor. The services are offered through telephone and video conferencing, and real-time chat. Being a new entrant to the healthcare services market, the client was looking for a  premier professional services firm to work in close partnership with senior leadership to support the firm's multi-year growth strategy.

APPROACH & SOLUTION

 

Building a strong online presence for the client in a sensitive industry to communicate the value proposition without any distortion in a sustainable and cost-effective manner was the challenge that Consoul took into its hands. Our focus has been to strengthen client's business development culture, processes, and skillsets.

Solution Highlights:
